10 am  - 4:30 pm (please arrive between 9:30 - 9:45 am to settle in, so we can begin on time together)

Upon arrival, do not enter front door.

Please walk up driveway towards garage.

Enter patio from the entrance on fence on left.

Immediately there is a red door on left - please come right in!

Park along the street or in the driveway. There is room for a few cars, more if you don’t mind shifting cars as needed upon departure.

If you do park on street, please do not park in front of house directly across from neighbors’ driveways. It’s a bit narrow and makes it hard for them to exit.

What to Bring:

• ·      Comfortable clothes you can move and breathe in

  ·      Journal and pen

  ·      Water bottle

  ·      Lunch

  ·      Your honest, curious self

Snacks and tea will be provided throughout the day. Bring your own lunch for the 1 - 2pm break. Fridge and microwave available. Gorgeous outdoor and indoor areas, and room to roam for an after lunch walk.

A few things to note:

There is nothing to prepare.

Every practice on the day is an invitation. You can participate fully, witness, or simply stay with yourself. You will never be asked to do anything you haven’t actively chosen. Arrive just as you are ❤️
