The Cottages at Troutburg Hamlin, NY

From Route 272 – look on left for the sign ‘Cottages at Troutburg’ and turn left on Rainbow Way.

Then turn left onto Main Street then right onto David Rd.

Address: 224 David Road. (Mapping with this address is unreliable, please use Cottages at Troutburg)

Look for a blue house with a red roof.

Please park along the road or in the driveway. There is room for a few cars, more if you don’t mind shifting cars as needed upon departure.

What to Bring:

• ·      Comfortable clothes you can move and breathe in

  ·      Journal and pen

  ·      Water bottle

  ·      Lunch

  ·      Your honest, curious self

Snacks and tea will be provided throughout the day. Bring your own lunch for the 1 - 2pm break. Fridge and microwave available. Gorgeous outdoor and indoor areas, and room to roam for an after lunch walk.

A few things to note:

There is nothing to prepare.

Every practice on the day is an invitation. You can participate fully, witness, or simply stay with yourself. You will never be asked to do anything you haven’t actively chosen. Arrive just as you are ❤️
