Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Funds paid to Amanda Wattie, SSE for any service, offering, group event or 1:1 work is non-refundable.
While an exchange for work or service of equal or lesser value may be possible, it is not guaranteed.
Exchange is considered for unforeseen events, illness, weather impacting travel.
Exchange is not considered for change of mind.
If such a situation arises where you would like an exchange, you must contact Amanda to discuss.
Once an exchange agreement has be determined, you are responsible for initiating the application of these funds to be used within one year from date of purchase.
For example, you pay for a workshop, then need to cancel for a family emergency. You come to an exchange agreement with Amanda and then communicate when you are ready to sign up for the next workshop.
You are also responsible to keep track of the exchange agreement and to apply your funds - ie how much money you paid and then staying in contact, connection and abreast of offerings so to use these funds within one year.
Amanda is not personally responsible for reminding you to use these funds or to send personal emails inviting you to events where you can take advantage of your exchange agreement.
Funds may also be applied to an offering of greater value, for which you would then pay the difference.
