Meeting for Your Session

Cancellation Policy:

• Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hour notice, with the exception of a true emergency or illness.

• You can reschedule using the “Reschedule” button at the bottom of the “Calendly” confirmation email you received.

• Please notify if you are arriving late: amanda@healinghappenswithin.com

• Rescheduling must occur within 30 days of original session date.

• Sessions are non-refundable.

Access:

• Initial sessions with Amanda will be held on Zoom.

• If needed, prior to your session, download Zoom here: https://zoom.us

• Feel free to arrive a few minutes early to get settled in. The room will be open for you prior to your session time.

• Bring a favorite beverage or anything that supports you feeling comfortable and relaxed in a place you will not be disturbed.
