Love,
and be loved—
no matter what.
I see you, beautiful human.
Deep connection in your relationships brings meaning to your world. You long to fully see others—and be fully seen yourself. Your radiant heart was made to love—and be loved.
And it feels a bit hollow or held back when, even surrounded by some pretty good relationships (and some pretty great people) - you sense that something deeper—more fulfilling, maybe even healing, remains out of reach. Like you're only skimming the surface of what life and love could truly be.
Our longing isn't a problem—it’s a portal.
I’m Amanda, an intimacy guide.
Life is absolutely precious. So why wouldn’t we want more from the relationships that quite literally weave the fabric of our lives?
Right here, right now we are each living our own precious life. With our people. So how tender, how deeply connected and how real do we dare let it be?
I dared. I chose to want more—not just more pleasure, but more presence.
And now, there are moments where I pause, feeling my partner’s love just by the way he looks at me or my grandchild melting into my arms, and I wonder: How did I get so lucky? But the truth is, it isn’t luck.
It’s intention.
My Philosophy:
Intimate relationships don't just happen. We create them.
In a world full of stress, speed, and surface-level connection, it’s no wonder we forget how. But intimacy isn’t a mystery. It’s a set of skills—a way of listening, sensing, and relating that lives in the body and flows from the heart. That’s what I teach.
Drawing from my certification in Somatic Sex Education, as well as bodywork and somatic meditation, I guide people into the felt experience of connection through simple, embodied practices that help us remember how to be with ourselves and each other more fully.
The Invitation:
This work isn't about fixing what's broken, it's about remembering what’s already within you. Whether you're seeking spacious, immersive support or a gentle guided beginning, I offer a few deeply curated ways to walk this path together. My invitation is an opening—a return.
She Who Returns: a 1:1 retreat
For Women and Queer-Identified Individuals
A sacred reclamation of self, sensuality, and sovereignty.
A 1:1, in-person immersion—ranging from 4 hours to 2.5 days—we honor exactly where you are, while making space for what’s possible in life, love, and intimacy. If this stirs something in you, we begin with a conversation. Fill out the short, confidential application to request a call.
No matter how we work together, let's start with an agreement.
Agreements are foundational to my work—and to how I live. They create the container we step into together, a space many have described as one of the safest they’ve ever known.
But safety is just the beginning. Clear, loving agreements also invite us to expand—into deeper truth, greater connection, and new possibilities for how we live and love.
Here are three core agreements I make with everyone who enters one of my containers. What you can expect from me, and what I ask of you in return:
Holding what’s shared.
Everything you share with me is held in confidence.
Whether it’s spoken in a session, written in an email, or exchanged through a course or offering—it remains sacred and protected. If you ever ask me to collaborate with a medical or mental health provider, I’ll only do so with your written permission.
And if we cross paths out in the world, I won’t approach you. You’re always welcome to come to me—but that choice is entirely yours. Your experience, your timing, your voice.
Speaking what’s true.
We agree to be honest—even when it’s tender.
This could be a desire, a hesitation, a fear, a compliment, or simply naming what’s alive in the moment. We practice sharing instead of shrinking, revealing instead of withholding.
Because often, the thing we’re most afraid to say is the very thing that opens the door to deeper intimacy. Truth creates resonance. Aliveness. Connection.
Trusting what unfolds.
We meet this work with openness and care.
We come to it like beginners—curious, receptive, and willing to let the process move at its own pace. As Dan Siegel teaches through COAL: we stay Curious, Open, Accepting, and Loving.
We don’t rush.
We don’t force.
We trust.
This is our one life to live.
These hearts, these bodies, these people. This is it.
And while the world may expect us to settle for disconnection, I believe in something more. I believe in the kind of intimacy that makes us grateful to be alive. The kind that’s real, raw and deeply human.
If something in you is stirring, I invite you to follow it. Let’s begin, together.
